Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, AcadForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single device for your personal or internal business purposes.
ScholarGrab is designed to retrieve academic papers from legitimate open-access repositories. You agree to use the Software only to access content that is legally available to you and in accordance with the terms of each data source.
The Software and all associated materials are the exclusive property of AcadForge and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
Payments for ScholarGrab licenses are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT), acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing a license, you also agree to Paddle's terms of use available at paddle.com/legal.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AcadForge does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular paper will be successfully retrieved. Open-access availability depends on third-party sources outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcadForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software.
We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
AcadForge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
